General Questions | Are there hidden fees? | There are no hidden fees. What we advertise is what you pay, and that’s it. |
General Questions | Are there minimum health requirements to play the games? | It depends on which games you are playing! Use the filter "Exertion" to always and only play games that are appropriate for your level of fitness and/or that of your participants. It would be unwise for example to use games categorized as "High Energy" or "Challenging" with the frail and elderly, yet anything categorized as "Easy" and "Moderate" is safe for all. In doubt please don't do it or first consult with your preferred health professional. |
My Accounts Questions | Can I buy an individual membership and allow multiple users to access it? | No, you cannot. Doing so would put your membership at risk of an automatic account freeze as this is a breach of agreement and our server tracks the number of individual IP addresses accessing each individual account. (Read more). Please consider one of our group memberships instead. |
General Questions | Can I get a copy of this database on a CD or DVD? | We do not currently offer this option. |
Technology Questions | Can I login from any computer with my username and password, or am I limited to a single computer? | You can login from any internet-enabled device. However, you can only be logged-in to one computer at a time. Our automated system monitors your logins and usage. If it appears that the system is being abused, you may be in violation of our Terms and Conditions, and your account may be reviewed for possible cancellation. |
General Questions | Do I need any particular equipment to play the games? | A majority of the games and activities in our database do not require anything beyond a big smile and the willingness to play. For the others you will need one or more easy-to-get everyday items such as a chair, a table, a pen and a sheet of paper for each participant, masking tape, party balloons, feathers, etc. What is required - if anything - is always clearly indicated. Use the "Props" filter if you want to exclude anything that requires props from your search results (This only applies to the Play and Plan databases.) |

Our first major project was the American School of Laughter Yoga which played a major role in introducing this technique in North America and other countries. General Questions | Is your site reliable? Is it safe to supply my credit card online? | The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on to our bank in order to be processed as required. We do NOT store credit card information on our server. We follow generally accepted industry standards (firewalls and other security measures) to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. General Questions | What is your refund policy? | All our memberships come with a full money back guarantee, within the following parameters:
To get your refund simply contact us and kindly tell us the reason for your refund request, so that we can learn from it. We stand behind our memberships and are committed to your success because we want to grow with you. Your refund will occur within 7 business days following your cancellation. Your membership will be cancelled as soon as a refund is approved, which means that you will lose all its associated benefits and privileges. Refunds will be sent to the credit card which was originally charged. In case you chose (and we agreed to) a different method of payment, then all bank or transaction fees are your sole responsibility and will not be refunded. |
